In my recent work, I developed and maintained internal software platforms for operational process digitalization and built ERP-integrated systems to automate workflows. I designed containerized backend services with Docker, implemented hardware-software integrations for industrial processes, and partnered with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency through software.

I’ve shipped projects like a Quality Certificate Platform that automated validation flows and document generation—reducing processing time from hours to minutes. I also built logistics analytics and semantic ticket management tools, including LLM-powered automatic classification to improve ticket routing and response organization.

I enjoy taking complex operational needs and translating them into maintainable software—using Python, modern web services, and LLM integrations to deliver measurable efficiency gains.
