I’m an insurance professional with nearly three years of experience supporting commercial insurance operations, policy documentation, and regulatory compliance initiatives. I work across underwriting, claims, and compliance teams to keep policy servicing accurate, audit-ready, and defensible.

In my current role as a Senior Associate Claims Examiner, I manage high-volume claim files and documentation workflows using Guidewire and ImageRight, including document indexing and data entry. I interpret insurance policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage forms to resolve complex coverage questions and support policy administration and renewal servicing.

I also help ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions by supporting system implementations and updating state-specific correspondence and forms based on regulatory guidance. I maintain detailed documentation for compliance, audit requirements, and coverage determinations while communicating policy and coverage information to internal and external stakeholders.

Beyond core claims work, I focus on quality control and operational integrity through data tracking, reporting, and trend monitoring. I’ve supported quarterly reporting and collaborated with analytics teams to validate appraisal and salvage data, and I use Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools to drive accuracy and informed business decisions.
