I am looking for a collaborative environment that values innovation and growth.

I am a performance-driven Quality Assurance and Automation Engineer with a strong background in software testing and automation. Currently, I work as a Software Engineer in Test at Kipu Systems, where I assess software bugs, document integration issues, and write automation test cases for regression testing. My experience with the Cypress Automation Suite and Microsoft Visual Studio Code has equipped me with the skills necessary to evaluate software performance and functionality effectively.

Prior to my current role, I served as an EPrescribe Lead Support Specialist at Kipu Systems, managing over 2000 users and providing technical support. My journey began at The Home Depot, where I co-managed a team and ensured optimal hardware and network conditions. I hold a BS in Information Technology from Florida International University and an AA in Associate of Art from Miami Dade College, which have laid a solid foundation for my technical expertise.
