Led and coordinated FAO's country programme in Armenia, providing strategic and operational oversight of a multi-project portfolio and multidisciplinary team. Directed design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of development programmes while leading resource mobilization and stakeholder coordination.

Cultivated and maintained strategic relationships with bilateral and multilateral donors, negotiating funding agreements and aligning donor priorities with FAO Somalia's programme. Developed high-quality strategic briefing materials, donor presentations, and fundraising products to support senior management engagement.

Led the development and formulation of country programme strategies, including the Country Programming Framework and resource mobilization strategies. Coordinated project development across technical teams, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with donor requirements.

Researched and monitored funding opportunities under EU programmes including Erasmus+ and Horizon 2020, and led the development and submission of EU-funded project proposals. Developed and submitted three project proposals with a combined value of approximately GBP 1.6 million, securing cooperation with 28 international partner organisations.

Supported regional programme management across Central Asia and the South Caucasus by analysing budgets, staffing, financial data, and operational performance. Coordinated with country offices, government counterparts, and regional partners, facilitating policy dialogue and inter-agency coordination.

Supported accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely processing of vendor payments, invoicing, and reconciliation of financial records. Coordinated with vendors and clients to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accurate financial documentation.
