What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, recovery, and operational processes, while developing technical teams and building long-term vendor and client partnerships.

I lead IT infrastructure operations at ONE Crna Gora, managing a team of 10 and coordinating enterprise server, storage, virtual, cloud, backup, and security services.

Previously at Telenor Montenegro and Telenor Common Operation, I progressed from Internal IT Systems Specialist to Senior Enterprise IT Systems Expert and IT Infrastructure Team Leader. I delivered infrastructure procedures, capacity planning, SAN zoning, LUN provisioning, recovery testing, operational documentation, and production problem resolution.

I've contributed to billing hardware upgrades, SMSC migration to a virtual environment, CommVault backup implementation, Active Directory restructuring, Exchange consolidation, monitoring rollout, and virtualization and storage migration planning.
