What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote production support or SQL Server operations work where I can own critical incidents, improve monitoring and runbooks, strengthen HA/DR, and partner with distributed engineering teams.

At EPAM Systems, I provide L3 production support for business-critical retail systems in enterprise SQL Server environments. I own incidents from triage and recovery through stakeholder communication, root-cause analysis, and preventive action.

I've reduced recurring production incidents by approximately 50% through monitoring improvements, runbooks, systematic RCA, and incremental operational changes. I troubleshoot availability and performance issues, coordinate incident bridges, and mentor support engineers.

Previously at DBI, I supported SQL Server estates of more than 100 servers across development, test, and production. My work included performance tuning, HA/DR, migrations, upgrades, backup and restore, monitoring, alert management, and engineer training.
