What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead esports, sports, partnership, or business development initiatives where I can build projects from scratch, shape strategy, negotiate partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

I've built and scaled FAVBET's CS2 esports team from the ground up, establishing legal, financial, operational, and organizational processes while managing budgets, roster decisions, boot camps, tournaments, and training.

As Sports Director and Esports Department Team Lead at FAVBET, I've developed esports, marketing, and brand strategies, launched projects from concept to execution, and aligned sporting, marketing, PR, legal, and finance teams around business goals.

My experience also includes partnership management at Casino UA, business development at GoGoCase, and contract, reporting, and stakeholder coordination roles in education and land management.
