What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an opportunity where I can put my technical, operational, and leadership experience to work, contribute to meaningful challenges, and continue growing into new systems and business environments.

At Tejas Health Management Association, I lead developers across software, data, integrations, reporting, and support. I grew Shared Developer services from three to eight clients with zero client loss.

I built Agile/Scrum intake, backlog, sprint planning, estimation, and UAT processes, and created time and accounting reports for utilization, capacity, cost, and delivery. I also built TCCBHC, DPP, and ARPA clinical and regulatory reporting solutions.

At Andrews Center Behavioral Health, I supported SmartCare EHR, databases, reporting, applications, and production systems. I migrated EHR data from DB2 to SQL Server and developed clinical, utilization, and grant-program reporting.
