At Pivara Skopje AD, I optimize distribution plans and vehicle zones, organize export and import transport, and focus on reducing transport costs and CO2 emissions. I also create and control distribution OPEX and CAPEX and work to improve DIFOTAI results.
As Warehouse Supervisor at Pivara Skopje AD, I implemented a full-bin solution and vision picking with smart glasses. I was also the SAP key user for the warehouse and responsible for warehouse OPEX and CAPEX.
Earlier at Pivara Skopje AD, I worked as Supervisor Packaging and Shift Supervisor in the Packaging department. My work also included production projects such as implementing SAP HANA, batch management in production execution, and the SHIPPEO platform.
