I’m a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant & Operations Specialist with a strong background in multi-platform operations, e-commerce support, and community management. I bring a B.Sc. in Sociology and Anthropology to strengthen cross-cultural communication, vendor coordination, and student engagement.

Previously, I supported remote performance analysis and growth tracking—evaluating viewership metrics and scaling an account from 0 to 2,000 followers in 3 months through consistent pattern recognition. I also coordinated schedules and maintained detailed reporting and documentation for a private household, turning complex requirements into clear, actionable updates.
