What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my customer service strengths, administrative support skills, and social media marketing experience to help customers and support smooth day-to-day operations, with opportunities to grow my responsibilities and impact.

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented Mass Communication graduate with experience across customer service, fashion retail sales, and administrative support through NYSC. I bring strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills to every task.

As a Sales Assistant at Emerald Fashion House, I assisted customers and managed sales transactions, maintained inventory and product displays, and promoted products on social media. I’m comfortable balancing service quality with record keeping and time management to keep daily operations running smoothly.

During my NYSC with the Ministry of Works (Enugu State), I performed administrative duties, maintained records, prepared reports, and supported office operations. I focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and problem solving in fast-moving environments.

I’m ready to contribute my customer-facing experience, Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and social media marketing support to a team that values professionalism and consistent results.
