What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can build quality frontend web solutions while using my client support, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

I'm currently building web solutions at KudiCore, collaborating with designers and developers to meet business needs, solve product problems, and deliver high-quality work on deadline.

Previously, I supported customers at Mo’ArcardeHub through WhatsApp, phone, and email, explaining games, pricing, and packages. My prompt follow-up and clear communication converted about three out of five inquiries into visits.

I've also provided administrative support for a private household, maintaining expense and bill records, renewing essential services, and following up with an internet provider until network issues were resolved.

My background combines customer service, administrative organization, and frontend development with a focus on communication, attention to detail, and responsive user experiences.
