At the Ministry of Internal Affairs, I collect and process information from Ministry structures and coordinate with directorates and other institutions on planned measures under the Rule of Law Guidelines, Negotiating Stance, and Reform Agenda. I also analyze obligations covered under Chapter 24.
At the Ministry of Culture of Albania, I assisted with technical negotiations for international agreements, memorandums, cooperation protocols, plans, and contracts. I followed legal procedures for Albania’s accession to international and European agreements in the field of culture and monitored implementation of agreement terms.
As Academy Coordinator at the Professional Elite Academy, I was responsible for curriculum delivery, learning outcomes, departmental goals, and budget management. Earlier, as a university teaching assistant at Epoka University, I prepared teaching materials and supported classroom discussions.
