At SMS Group, I support global security operations and enterprise security technologies for an international industrial manufacturing organization. I monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity alerts and incidents using SIEM, EDR, XDR, and IPS technologies.

I administer IPS technologies by analyzing security events, tuning rules, and adjusting controls to improve network protection. I also support Trellix SIEM, EDR, XDR, ePO, and IVX solutions alongside Skyhigh Client Proxy to protect enterprise environments.

I partner with end users to resolve security issues while balancing business needs and security requirements. I conduct security assessments across U.S. locations, document information security risks, recommend improvements, and help track mitigation measures.

Earlier as an IT Intern, I designed and implemented an incident management framework, automated Greenbone vulnerability-report exports with Python, and configured Hyper-V servers for file, print, DNS, and application services. I also deliver cybersecurity awareness training on phishing, password security, social engineering, emerging threats, and organizational requirements.
