What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to expand my incident response impact while improving detection accuracy and operational processes.

At DefenseStorm, I monitor threats for banks and credit unions as an extension of client security teams, analyzing alerts and escalating real-time incidents.

I use SIEM, EDR telemetry, log data, behavioral analytics, CrowdStrike Falcon, Windows Defender for Endpoint, and Carbon Black to identify anomalies, correlate indicators of compromise, and hunt for threats. I document incident actions and remediation recommendations for clients and audits while helping refine detection mechanisms and internal processes.

My earlier leadership experience supervising a 30-agent call center team strengthened my ability to analyze performance, resolve escalations, collaborate under pressure, and improve operational outcomes.
