At Harley-Davidson, I lead a global team of approximately 20 professionals delivering 24x7 cybersecurity operations for roughly 10,000 endpoints and 40,000 users. I built a Jira-based SOC case-management and SOAR automation platform handling about 2,500 alerts per month, reducing time-to-triage to single-digit minutes.

At Treasure Data, I owned security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, application security, and DevSecOps for a multi-tenant AWS SaaS platform at multi-petabyte scale. I consolidated findings from GitHub Advanced Security and AWS security services into a unified vulnerability management program for risk-based prioritization.

At Greenway Health, I built compliance programs from the ground up, led HITRUST CSF certification and SOC 2 Type II audit readiness, and implemented federated IAM and SAML SSO for a HIPAA-regulated healthcare provider.
