What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time role in a growth-oriented company that offers a progressive future and rewards hard work, where I can contribute my e-commerce, marketplace, lead generation, and digital marketing experience.

At Fidel IT Services, I managed e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Magento, WordPress, and Shopify from 2018 to 2024.

I created and updated product catalogues, descriptions, specifications, and images; monitored competitor pricing; managed orders and shipping updates; and coordinated with vendors on pricing. I also supported Australian marketplaces including Amazon Australia, Kogan, Catch, Click Frenzy, and MyDeal, using Omnivore for marketplace synchronization.

I generate and verify leads using Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Seamless.io, and Getemail.io, and support outreach through Autoklose and Salesforce Data Loader. I bring hands-on experience in email warming, follow-up scheduling, A/B testing, SEO-friendly content, and Photoshop image resizing.
