I seek hospitality or customer-service roles in tourism where I can apply customer support, marketing and PROTEL skills, grow toward sommelier certification, and contribute to a cooperative, guest-focused team.

I am a tourism student based in Thessaloniki studying economics, business management and logistics with hands-on hotel applications training using PROTEL.

I have practical hospitality and retail experience as a waiter, barista and cashier, and I provided customer support for Coinbase through TaskUs, handling phone and chat queries and resolving customer issues.
