I’m seeking a role where I can apply my experience in IT infrastructure, dealership software management, and business operations to improve organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction through technology-driven solutions.

At YAMAHA SARKAR MOTORS (ACI LIMITED), I manage showroom operations, sales, and customer service as a Service Supervisor. I maintain the DMS, which handles stock, supply chain, orders, customer details, and service work records.

I monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and manage sales reports and showroom performance analytics. I also handle customer inquiries and work to ensure a premium buying experience.

At UNITOS GROUP, I worked as a Junior IT Officer, maintaining the company website and digital activities across multiple business concerns. I also supported IT infrastructure, stock management, and export and import IT operations.
