Parves Miah

I managed daily operations at a bike showroom, assisting customers and supporting sales activities. I also maintained inventory and sales records and helped achieve sales targets and business goals.

At Dakghar cafe, I managed daily coffee shop operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control. I handled cash management, billing, and sales reporting while maintaining hygiene and food quality standards.

I trained and scheduled employees to support a smooth workflow, and focused on customer satisfaction and retention through quality service. I’m seeking opportunities in customer service, retail operations, and creative arts, while continuing to develop my skills.
