I’m a Senior Backend Engineer (IAM Backend Engineer) with 5+ years of experience building APIs, backend systems, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
As the sole developer on a custom CRM system, I have built the system end-to-end gathering business requirements and transforming it to scalable system design.
I design scalable authentication and authorization services (AuthN/AuthZ), implementing RBAC with OPA/Rego, building OAuth2/OIDC authentication flows, token handling, and user lifecycle systems. I’ve also led migrations from a Django-based authorization approach to Auth0-based architecture to improve scalability and maintainability, and I build event-driven, multi-tenant backend systems with Kafka, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

Developed a custom CRM as the sole developer, owning IAM and backend APIs using Auth0/Keycloak with OAuth2/OIDC. Designed scalable identity workflows including OIDC, SAML, and RBAC (OPA/Rego), and implemented supporting database schemas and core workflows.
Built core authentication and authorization services (AuthN/AuthZ), implementing OAuth2/OIDC token and user lifecycle flows. Delivered scalable RBAC using OPA/Rego, and created event-driven backend systems with Kafka to power platform APIs and user management.
