I’m looking for a long-term remote role where I can design and build scalable backend systems, REST APIs, and SaaS platforms using Python (FastAPI, Django). I enjoy owning projects from architecture through deployment, solving complex backend challenges, optimizing performance, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with globally distributed teams to deliver reliable production software.

I’m a Senior Backend Engineer with 14+ years of experience building scalable SaaS products, distributed backend systems, and REST APIs. For the past 9 years, I’ve worked remotely with an Australian product company, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise software for logistics, fleet management, insurance, and workflow automation.

My expertise includes Python (FastAPI, Django), PHP, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Docker, AWS, REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous processing, and secure authentication systems (JWT, RBAC, 2FA). I enjoy designing reliable backend architectures, optimizing performance, and building APIs that power production-scale applications.

I take ownership throughout the software development lifecycle—from requirements and system design to development, deployment, production support, and mentoring engineers. I value clean code, effective communication, and delivering solutions that solve real business problems.
