What I'm looking for

I'm targeting project and program management assignments where I can lead global delivery, implementations, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional teams to achieve IT strategy and business outcomes.

I'm currently an Implementation Project Manager at ADP, leading Payroll, Time, Integration, and global implementation solutions. I've delivered implementations with a 9/10 NPS score across completed ADP engagements.

Across more than 18 years in IT, I've managed programs, projects, Scrum delivery, testing, stakeholders, budgets, vendors, and onsite-offshore teams. At CA Technologies, now Broadcom, I progressed to Manager, Information Technology and led global delivery initiatives from India.

I've supported SAP rollouts in Japan, APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and Sydney, along with projects in New York and Tokyo. My delivery experience includes Salesforce, Informatica and Teradata migration, Marketo, Ariba, product digitalization, data warehouse, and payroll migration initiatives.

I build project plans, estimates, schedules, resource allocations, business cases, and executive reporting while keeping teams aligned with business outcomes. I'm also a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Product Owner who develops teams through coaching, performance management, and continuous process improvement.
