I am a Workday HRIS Analyst with over 2 years of focused L1/L2 Workday functional support and an overall 8+ years in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. I specialize in resolving ServiceNow HRIS tickets across Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Time Off/Absence, and Reporting.

I troubleshoot data issues, perform rescinds and corrections, and execute data clean-ups to maintain accurate employee records and compliance. I validate approval routing, business process conditions, and workflow execution to ensure smooth HR operations and reduce process delays.

I have supported audits and operational reporting by running standard and custom Workday reports and validating outputs. I have proven experience managing high-volume HR cases within SLAs while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Recruitment teams to escalate system defects and improve processes.

After a planned career break for childcare, I completed intensive Workday HCM functional training and am seeking an HRIS Workday Support role where I can apply my hands-on Workday skills, recruitment background, and commitment to data accuracy to deliver consistent, high-quality HR service.
