I've worked with Saudi Aramco for 19 years and Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in microbiology, training coordination, innovation, and cost-saving initiatives. As facilitator of a laboratory cost-saving committee, I led brainstorming that generated more than 21 ideas and helped bring Vitamin D testing in-house, reducing costs by $1 million.
I've served as President of the Johns Hopkins Aramco Toastmasters Club, earning the Best President trophy in D79 K.S.A. in 2016, and led the Professional Speakers Club from 2017 to 2018.
I'm also a life coach, public speaking coach, author of three self-development books, and inventor of the Motivation, Opportunities and Enthusiasm theory for improving workplace environments.
