I'm looking to contribute to IT and enterprise data platforms in PIM support, product data operations, support management, or data quality operations across Pan-India and global organizations.

I've supported enterprise Product Information Management environments for Ecolab Digital Center, Robert Bosch, and Citric, keeping product data available across digital commerce and enterprise systems.

At Ecolab Digital Center, I resolved multi-severity incidents, monitored automated data pipelines, led daily support coordination for a team of 8, and built dashboards and scorecards for support performance and system reliability. I also managed product media workflows and validated configurations across UAT and QA before deployment.

At Robert Bosch and Citric, I configured product and supplier data models, taxonomies, attributes, lifecycle workflows, integrations, bulk updates, migrations, and automation rules to improve information governance across enterprise platforms.
