At Innodata Inc., I evaluated and annotated image, video, audio, and text data for multimodal AI model training and evaluation. I ranked model outputs with written rationales and reviewed generated media for prompt match, artifacts, and continuity.
I also reviewed speech transcripts, labeled speakers and audio attributes, and verified visual annotations and video events. My work included reviewing other annotators' output.
Before Innodata, I spent over nine years at IntouchCX, progressing to Assistant Team Lead. I coached associates, handled critical escalations, and managed client projects; I also built reporting and automation in Power BI and Excel macros. I hold Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt certifications, and built Python data tools including CSV-Cleaner-Pro and PDF-Parser-Pro.
