I built and maintained Kubernetes (K3s) infrastructure for two applications across production and staging, separating them by namespace and including MongoDB for each.
I set up GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines with container builds and SSH-based deployments, publishing Docker images to GHCR for two microservices, and automated MongoDB backups with Kubernetes CronJob.
I deployed Keycloak on the cluster for centralized authentication, wired in Prometheus monitoring endpoints into FastAPI, and published apps over HTTPS using an Apache2 reverse proxy with Let’s Encrypt SSL/TLS.
When a security incident hit the environment (cryptocurrency mining malware), I isolated compromised resources, restored services, and tightened SSH access with key-based authentication and IP restrictions. I’m also researching privacy-preserving federated learning via blockchain.
