What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can own reliability and observability for data platforms, automate incident response, and build Python-based AIOps agents that improve production diagnosis and release confidence.

I’m a DevOps, data platform, and Python engineer with 5+ years of experience supporting high-load enterprise systems across telecom, fintech, and data-intensive environments. I focus on OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Kafka/CDC, databases, and observability to keep production stable and releases predictable.

At Beeline Kazakhstan / VEON, I drive reliability, observability, troubleshooting, and automation for a large BSS transformation, operating a CDC/data platform for 15M+ subscribers with OpenShift, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and ScyllaDB. I’ve also built two applied LLM/AIOps MVPs—one for data-quality test-to-incident workflows and one for incident log pre-analysis—using Python agentic workflows (LangGraph, MCP, log analysis) to reduce time-to-diagnosis and improve incident quality through tighter integrations.
