I've supported delivery of a $20M, 46,000-SF public construction project at Okland Construction, from active construction through closeout. I managed RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawing revisions, document control, and project communications across project teams.
I conduct site walks, punch-list inspections, and QA/QC reviews, while coordinating material deliveries, owner turnover, procurement tracking, and schedule updates. I use Procore, Prolog, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam to maintain accurate records and support on-time delivery.
My architectural studies and construction management work include earning first place for a BIM-driven project using Revit, estimating, quantity takeoffs, constructability analysis, and critical-path scheduling. Previously at Valiant Integrated Services, I coordinated technical documentation and stakeholder communications for U.S., Iraqi, and Kuwaiti government operations.
