I’m looking to lead architecture and full-stack delivery in an Agile team—building secure, scalable Python services and responsive web experiences in cloud-native environments—while mentoring engineers and improving performance, reliability, and maintainability end to end.

I’m a Python Full Stack Architect with 15+ years of experience designing scalable backend systems, distributed applications, and cloud-native architectures across enterprise environments. I lead end-to-end development of secure RESTful APIs, microservices, and data-driven applications with a strong emphasis on performance, maintainability, and long-term scalability.

In my current work with Fifth Third Bank, I design scalable backend services using Django, Flask, and FastAPI, build secure integrations for high-volume workflows, and partner with product owners and engineering teams on architecture decisions. I develop modern single-page applications with Vue.js (including Vue Router and state management) and deliver responsive dashboards and workflow-driven interfaces, while optimizing both frontend and backend performance through API tuning, caching, and query optimization.

Previously, at the North Carolina DHHS, I led Python Full Stack efforts for healthcare and public service applications—implementing Django REST Framework, event-driven processing with Kafka, and scalable AWS infrastructure. Earlier roles included building microservices and real-time systems with Kafka/RabbitMQ, containerization and orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes, and DevOps/CI/CD automation using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, along with data pipelines using Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.
