At Telenav, I took Novo Insurance’s quote-to-bind churn and conversion scoring from concept to production. The models score every incoming quote in real time, and their quality score now benchmarks new models and platform changes.
I also developed risk models for the Novo Safety Program’s Safety Score, which sets monthly usage-based insurance premiums and is filed in several states. Across insurance, telematics, and predictive navigation, I’ve built production ML pipelines, testing frameworks, and inference services, while using explainability and evaluation to make model behavior auditable.
