As a Management Trainee at Cheeky Monkeys, I supported the planning and execution of marketing-led events, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. I also coordinated hospitality operations during indoor and outdoor events, ensuring smooth guest experiences, safety compliance, and service quality standards.

During my internship in Food and Beverage at Grand Hyatt Goa, I strengthened my customer service foundation by ensuring clients’ concerns were promptly addressed. I managed and oversaw contact employees, providing direction and upholding performance requirements, and I supported VIP clients with outstanding service delivery.
