At Pivara Technologies, I design dashboards and web applications, including a thermal-analysis dashboard within a SCADA platform. I translate operational requirements into user flows, Figma designs, and SQL-backed dashboard views while working closely with engineers.
I also designed and built an LLM-assisted call-quality and coaching application using Claude Code, owning product design, UX, and requirements. It includes role-based dashboards and background workflows for transcription, scoring, and translation.
