At Nagarro Software, I led the end-to-end UX revamp of the Yaqoot Telecom app, from user research and information architecture to wireframes and visual design. The work improved its Google Play rating from 3.9 to 4.4 and contributed to downloads growing from 1M+ to 5M+.
I also redesigned Dokash Temperature Solution’s booking, tracking, analytics, and alert management experience, delivering the product and a scalable design system within 1.5 months. At Publicis Sapient, I created initial POC wireframes for a legacy insurance processing system that stakeholders validated as approximately 70% simpler and more intuitive.
At Neudesic, an IBM Company, I designed membership experiences for the VASAFitness app and contributed to AI-powered product concepts, including an Azure Alert Recommendation System. Earlier, I worked across Agilysys hospitality products and, at Accenture, contributed to web applications for Australian telecommunication clients.
