Senior member of the APAC Transformation Leadership team, owning end-to-end program delivery across 42+ platforms for Heineken operating company. Directed transformation across STP, MTC, DTW, RTR, and FP&A workstreams, established program governance, and led change management using ADKAR.

Owned end-to-end business transformation and operating model build for a D2C venture, scaling from startup to $1.4M ARR (7x growth) through structured operational readiness and governance. Designed and implemented an integrated operating model across finance, supply chain, and marketing.

Led transition and setup of a Global Finance Control Tower within the GCC, establishing enterprise-wide governance and performance visibility. Designed and implemented a Target Operating Model (TOM) for finance analytics and reporting across global operations.

Directed global finance transformation and transition programs spanning process redesign, ERP implementation and regulatory alignment. Led large-scale transition and cutover initiatives during the HP–HPE split and HPE–DXC spin-off, ensuring business continuity and operational stability.

Delivered large-scale finance and tax technology transformation programs for Fortune 100 clients, owning solution design through stabilization. Led end-to-end transformation lifecycle including design, implementation, and stabilization.

Pursuing the Accelerated General Management Programme (AGMP) as executive education, expected to complete in 2027.
