I am a Salesforce QA Engineer with 4 years of experience in software testing, primarily focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and business-critical CRM workflows. My experience covers functional, regression, integration, API, UAT, and release validation, along with defect management, SOQL-based data validation, and Salesforce debug log analysis.
In my current role at ArcelorMittal, I execute and maintain 500+ regression test cases within a 2-week release cycle, covering Sales Cloud and Hybrid CPQ processes such as opportunity management, product configuration, pricing, and approvals. I also work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify defects, validate integrations, support UAT, and ensure release readiness.
Previously, at CloudFulcrum, I worked extensively with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), developing reusable Robot Framework automation scripts for Salesforce UI, API, regression, and end-to-end testing. I also delivered CRT POCs, client training, implementation support, and script handovers for clients including Secureworks and Gavi. I am Copado Robotic Testing certified and have a strong interest in expanding my career toward Salesforce test automation and automation engineering.
