What I'm looking for

Backend or fullstack (MEAN/MERN) role with real ownership — architecture, not just implementation. I want systems with genuine scale and reliability challenges (queues, retries, data consistency), on a team that trusts engineers with technical decisions. Open to product companies or startups, as long as the backend problems are interesting

Backend-heavy full stack engineer with 5 years of experience building scalable systems — mostly Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript. I design REST APIs and event-driven pipelines (queues, retries, dead-letter handling) that hold up under real load, having worked on systems processing thousands of notifications a day and analytics dashboards handling 400K+ records daily.

I'm comfortable across the stack — Angular and React on the frontend — so I can usually own a feature end to end rather than hand it off. I've also worked with Redis, OpenSearch, Kubernetes, and AWS for the infra side of things.

Currently looking for backend or fullstack (MEAN/MERN) roles where I can be close to the architecture decisions, not just implementing them.
