At Media2AI (OperonAI), I contribute to a multi-product AI platform’s agent orchestration and RAG infrastructure. I also contribute extensively to SupportAI 360, where I implemented hybrid retrieval, severity-based escalation, and automated incident postmortem generation.

I built a ReAct agent framework and an LLM evaluation platform as personal projects. Earlier, at FirstDrawn Research, I built and deployed an NLP intent-classification API for a customer query workflow.
