I’m a results-driven medical recruiter executing full-cycle talent acquisition for specialized healthcare roles. I focus on identifying and engaging high-quality professionals while managing the entire recruitment lifecycle with discipline and urgency.

In my current role, I recruit specialized healthcare professionals including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Registered Nurses. I source candidates from professional job boards through to final selection, while maintaining detailed candidate tracking logs to ensure consistent reporting to management.

I’m especially strong in high-volume outreach strategies designed to meet urgent staffing demands for healthcare facilities. I also manage professional correspondence, deliver clear communication throughout the process, and uphold high standards of data entry and tracking accuracy.

Before recruiting, I built customer-facing and target-driven communication experience as a Call Agent conducting high-volume survey calls in English and Swahili. I also strengthened service and issue-resolution skills as a Hostess in a high-pressure environment where complex inquiries required calm, professional follow-through.
