I seek a role combining administrative responsibilities and customer-facing design/sales where I can apply my organizational skills, positive attitude, and creative design experience.

I am an experienced office and customer-service professional with a strong background in design, sales, and administrative support. Over many years I have held roles including office assistant, program technician, assistant manager, designer/sales lead, and small business owner.

I led kitchen and bath design and sales, managed customer relationships, and handled office management tasks such as scheduling, ordering, bookkeeping, and daily cash handling. I am proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and continually improving my computer literacy through online coursework.

I have delivered program services in a government office, managed retail and food-service operations, and owned and operated a café—roles that reinforced my organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focus. My strengths include strong filing and phone skills, point-of-sale experience, and practical knowledge of multiple office systems.
