I verify eligibility and benefits, reduce aging balances through consistent follow-up, and support payment posting and claim corrections with clear documentation.

As a Billing Manager/RevenueCycle Manager, I oversee billing, collections, denials, and appeals for behavioral health providers, while developing billing workflows and SOPs to improve efficiency and compliance. I also support financial reporting and KPI tracking so performance changes are measurable and sustainable.

Previously, I served as a Billing Specialist processing medical and dental claims, posting payments, reviewing EOBs, and resolving denied claims in high-volume environments. I also run my own independent business (Bethany’s Lashes & Hair), strengthening scheduling operations, customer retention, and bookkeeping discipline alongside my healthcare revenue cycle work.
