What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in banking operations, payments operations, transaction banking or related financial operations, including remote and international roles.

At KCB Bank Kenya Limited, I processed 100–200 customer transfer requests per day, including account-to-account transfers, RTGS payments and international SWIFT transfers. I became a key branch resource for MT103 and MT202 processing and investigated rejected, returned and exceptional payments.

As Acting Assistant Manager – Retail Banking, I provided operational and supervisory support, processed personal loan and credit card applications for submission to the credit team, and assisted with complex customer and payment issues. Earlier, as a Mortgage Officer / Mortgage Advisor, I assessed applications and prepared mortgage recommendations for credit review.

I'm currently a volunteer Treasurer in Namibia, where I record and bank collections and prepare monthly financial reports in Microsoft Excel. I hold a Master of Commerce in Finance (Investment Management) from the University of Cape Town and am seeking opportunities in banking operations, payments operations, transaction banking or related financial operations.
