What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote opportunities in virtual assistance, administration, data entry, customer support and operations.

At Western Cape Government, I carried out administrative and operational duties in a busy healthcare setting. I maintained patient profiles, managed follow-up processes and handled confidential patient information.

I used JAC and WINRDM to order, book, monitor and manage stock information. I also prepared prescription-related documentation and assisted with prescription queries under a pharmacist’s supervision.

I handled patient enquiries and supported the receipt, checking, storage and distribution of stock, keeping accurate records and monitoring cold-chain requirements.

Outside my formal roles, I’ve helped family members and friends with online UIF and government employment-portal applications, CCMA complaint forms, CV preparation and job-application documents. I’m currently studying towards a BA in Human Sciences through UNISA, majoring in English, Linguistics and History.
