At ustwo, I led the initial architecture and own the multi-state expansion of a production voice agent taking real patient calls for RVO Health. I built it with Python and FastAPI on AWS Bedrock, making each new state a configuration change rather than an engineering project.
I made the voice agent fail safe during configuration outages and fixed autoscaling so deployments and scale-ins no longer drop calls in progress. I also designed the link between call audio and transcripts for clinical and compliance review, and centralized PHI and PII redaction in the logging filter.
Across other ustwo client and product work, I contributed to an AWS Bedrock retrieval service for Cancer Awareness Trust and built an answer review tool that uses Claude to sort answers into 16 topics. For ustwo's AI nutrition coach, I added routing to a LangGraph agent and built its GraphQL API, sign-in, and AWS setup.
Earlier, I built an IP allowlist at NinjaOne, led an AngularJS-to-React migration at Aurum Software, and built clinician-facing features for Philips Healthcare. My work spans full-stack product development, cloud infrastructure, and production AI systems.
