What I'm looking for

I'm looking for fully remote planning, project controls, or scheduling work on EPC, industrial plant, refinery, mining, or bulk material handling programmes where I can lead Primavera P6 scheduling, earned value reporting, schedule quality, and delay analysis.

At Promer Engineering, I plan and control five concurrent EPC programmes in Oracle Primavera P6, including TÜPRAŞ refinery revamps and the TÜMAD İvrindi Gold Mine Expansion.

I built the TÜMAD İvrindi baseline from scratch across nine process areas, 25 conveyor installations, electrical scope, and commissioning. I run resource- and cost-loaded earned value reporting, schedule quality reviews, lookaheads, and baseline-versus-actual variance narratives.

I prepare Time Impact Analyses under the SCL Protocol and Extension of Time claims under FIDIC Sub-Clause 20, including positions involving approval delays and concurrent delay.

My background also includes plant engineering, mobile conveyor design, PLC control logic, commissioning, maintenance, tendering, and field coordination across industrial and mining projects.
