What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity where I can apply my qualifications in Finance, Digital Banking, Product Development, Training and Economics, contribute actively and productively in my field, and make a difference in the workplace.

At Bank of Abyssinia, I lead a team in digital operations checking daily digital banking disputes, reviewing third-party integration contracts from a reconciliation perspective, and following up on audit findings.

As a Senior Digital Banking Officer at Bank of Abyssinia, I facilitated digital banking courses for more than 5,000 employees and served as business team lead for Mobile Banking, Internet banking and Apollo, from requirements development through testing. I also participated as Business Lead in the bank's 2023 core banking upgrade project for Mobile and Internet Banking.

Earlier, as Branch Manager at Bank of Abyssinia, I mobilized above 100 million birr in one and a half years, and the branch customer base grew to above 7,000 in the same budget year. I hold an M.A. in Development Economics from Unity University and a B.A. in Economics from Addis Ababa University.
