At Multimedia University of Kenya, I teach online journalism and digital media production, guide students through projects, and research digital media trends. In 2024, I remotely trained 100 trainees from 23 countries on a short course with Volvo Foundation.
At 99.9FM Multimedia University Community Radio, I manage daily on-air and digital operations, mentor student staff and volunteers, and lead practical training in audio production and reporting. I also oversee the station’s online presence.
I’ve coordinated the university’s international exchange program since 2012, supporting prospective and exchange students and working across departments. I also presented research on media and migration in 2023 and on fake news during the Kenyan elections in 2017.
Earlier, I produced news and programs for KFDX, Regional Reach Ltd, and Galaxy Media, and worked in media production and research at the University of Oklahoma. I hold an MA in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma and a BA in Communication – Electronic Media & Marketing from Daystar University.
