I’m a seasoned, motivated, hungry recruiter fluent in Hebrew and English, with experience working with US clientele. I’m a LinkedIn expert who uses AI tools to source, screen, and engage candidates with the right level of energy and reliability.

In my current role at Sachlav Creative Israel (Recruiter, 01/2026–Present), I source companies and candidates using LinkedIn, networking, and partnerships. I screen candidates two separate times with out of the box questions, and I use Click-up, Salesforce, and Airtable to keep a close eye on the pipeline. I’ve helped find 25+ candidates through deep research and by negotiating with C-suites and HRs of over 200 corporates.

Previously at AIA Assets (Recruiter, 07/2024–11/2025), I sourced candidates through LinkedIn, emailing, calling, and Whatsapping, then interviewed them to confirm fit and negotiated to acquire their asset. I played a key part in bringing in over $500000 worth of sales, combining sales-oriented negotiation with structured talent evaluation.

Before that, I recruited at Convergence (Healthcare Recruiting, 06/2023–07/2024) using Indeed and Apploi, screening based on experience and skills, interviewing, and placing talent—while building a track record of results. I also served as Partnership Recruitment Director (03/2022–05/2023), where I negotiated and built lead generation strategies with recruitment and training partnerships, and I previously worked as Assistant to the CEO (03/2016–03/2022) supporting organized workflows and documents.
