What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead an enterprise security program as a trusted executive partner—driving cyber risk, compliance, and incident response with metrics, secure delivery (DevSecOps), and modern cloud tooling. I want to build resilient, audit-ready control environments and strengthen security culture.

I’m an information security executive who leads enterprise security, cyber risk, compliance, and incident response programs across complex global organizations. I align security strategy with executive priorities, regulatory obligations, and modern engineering practices, and I’m trusted by senior leadership, legal, and privacy stakeholders on cyber risk posture.

At Rakuten Advertising, I led a federated global security model and established an audit-ready control environment through successful attainment of PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type II, and completion of the ISO 27001 certification audit. I defined security architecture priorities and partnered across Platform Technology, Security Operations, engineering, and regional/corporate teams to deploy a modern unified security stack across cloud and enterprise environments.

I build metrics-driven programs that improve risk transparency, accountability, and execution discipline. I developed executive dashboards linking security metrics directly to objectives, established quarterly executive steering meetings, and ran metric-driven incident response and business continuity programs—including simulations and post-incident improvement—chairing Rakuten’s Ukraine business continuity response.

I also embed security into software delivery and grow high-performing teams. I advanced DevSecOps maturity through secure SDLC/S-SDLC governance and tooling strategy, improved security culture with exam-based training, spot advisories, and phishing audits (reducing phishing fail rates by 35%), and promoted AI-augmented workflows to increase velocity and free capacity for higher-value risk analysis.
